  Author's houses by A+ In this project, we have tried to combine the past and the present. All these elements can be seen not only in the exterior and interior of the project but also in the very history of the creation of the houses.

• History:

  Hamza Esenzhanov - a writer and laureate of the State Prize of the Kazakh SSR named after Abai. Since the 1950s, this plot has been allocated for the intelligentsia of Almaty and has received the status of writers' dachas. The house on the site was designed and built by Hamza Esenzhanov's son. The place brought together three generations of one family. The A+ team decided not to end the story of the house but to give it a new life.
